Not sure if you're reading this, but I've finally got a copy of your book (from India as still unavailable in London), and I'm afraid it's got entire pages blank in the first few pages. The rest of the book is fine, but with the beginning pretty much gone, it's not very readable. You might want to take a poleaxe to the printers or look askance at Tranquebar! (Not sure if it's just my copy, or it was that entire print run)
